For many people religion is a support of worldly
power. People frustrated with the lack of personal success in common society seek
religion to covertly obtain their objects of desire. Don’t seek God to gain
spiritual wealth. Are seeking financial prosperity, high status, attention of
others, a place where they can feel prestigious. Thus churches, temples and
religious groups, are often areas of intrigue, vanities and falsehoods - not
because they are sinners, but because they never leave to be sinners. There is
no real purity in the hearts, few are changing truly.
People want to seem important. They want to stand out.
However, the original religion fragments the ego and the need for human
approval disappears in the full integration with God - try to get materialistic
trophies disguising themselves in the pews only bring bitterness and inner failure.
Look for and alive the original religion, where not to
be is more than to be and then you will be filled with a rare satisfaction. Paradoxically
you’ll feel someone.
